Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all digital services provided by Lake Marketing, including but not limited to branding, paid traffic management, and automation services.



1. Refund request period

The client has the right to request a refund within 7 (seven) calendar days following the final delivery of the service. The request must be formalized in writing via email to [email protected] within this period.


2. Refund conditions

By requesting a refund, the client agrees to the following conditions:

Branding (Brand Creation)

The client forfeits the right to use the visual identity, logo, brand guidelines, or any other creative assets developed during the service. Any use after a refund request will be considered a copyright infringement and subject to legal action.

Paid traffic management

The client forfeits the right to use any account setups, ad campaign creations, targeting, or funnel strategies developed. Furthermore, the client must immediately cease the use of any configured campaigns and may not replicate or reuse these strategies independently or with another provider.

Automation

All automation implementations developed, including chatbots and internal process automations, must be deactivated immediately, even if they have been tested or approved. Continued use of these automations after the refund request will be considered a breach of contract.


3. Membership Services (Recurring)

For services provided monthly under a membership or subscription format, the client may request the cancellation of the contract at any time. The service will be discontinued 30 days after the cancellation request. However, no refund will be granted for services already rendered or within the contracted period.


4. Exclusions

Partial refunds will not be granted. The refund is valid for the complete package of the purchased service and must follow all the conditions described above. If the client does not comply with the instructions regarding the cessation of use of the developed materials and strategies, they may be held legally liable.


5. Refund process

Once the refund request is accepted, Lake Marketing will process the refund within 14 business days, deducting administrative fees where applicable.


6. Exceptions

This policy does not apply to services that have already been fully utilized or if the client has already started running campaigns, automations, or using branding materials that cannot be reversed.
